1. Purchase Interval (Order Quantity)

We serve the wholesale and specialized trade. The purchase interval, which you will find listed with each item, indicates the quantity per packaging unit.

We sell our LED aluminum profiles, covers, end caps, and mounting accessories exclusively in standard packaging units. The content of one packaging unit corresponds to the purchase interval for that item. Exact details regarding the quantity per packaging unit can be found in the respective product descriptions below the selected items.

2. Dispatch of Samples 

f you require a sample of a specific item to help you make your decision, please contact us directly by email at office@fenix-profiles.com. We will prepare an individual offer for you and are confident that we can accommodate your request cost-effectively.

3. Shipping Costs

We cannot offer a flat shipping rate due to the varying dimensions of our LED profiles, covers, and accessories, as well as the individually ordered quantities. Whether your order will be shipped as palletized freight via a forwarding agent or as parcel shipping via GLS is only determined once your order is placed.

We want to offer you the best and most cost-effective shipping service! Even before you place your order, or during the quotation phase, we can have the shipping costs calculated by our logistics partners and inform you in advance.

When ordering in our online shop, no shipping costs are displayed due to the reasons mentioned above. The process is as follows:

  1. Upon receipt of your order, we verify all details.

  2. We calculate the current, individual freight rate for your specific order.

  3. We confirm your order, including all shipping details, via an order confirmation.

  4. You then officially approve and release the order.

Of course, you also have the option to arrange for the transport of the goods using your own shipping service provider or in-house forwarding agent (Ex works DE-90765 Fürth).
